- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If you opened a account at the Royal Palm Beach Branch and want to speak with someone there it is almost impossible to do so in a timely manner. Expect to make multiple calls to get someone to answer the phone. I average several calls over a one or two day period to reach anyone there by phone. It will not let you leave a voicemail for a return call. It directs you to make a appointment to come in. If you need to speak with your acct. manger for any reason by phone it is not the branch to go to. Before opening a BOA acct. I would first try to reach your local branch you intend to use a few times first to see if you have the same problem.
